Default, NULL это что такое? Если ты хочешь вставить значения поля по умолчанию нужно использовать конструкцию типа:
INSERT INTO ПокупкиТаблица (ПОЛЕ1, ПОЛЕ2) Values(1,2);
где ПОЛЕ1, ПОЛЕ2 - наименование тех полей в которые ты вставляешь реальные данные.
